Created by David Schloen of the University of Chicago. SpatialUnit document type. A SpatialUnit document represents a spatially situated unit of observation (a location or object) of any kind, on any scale of measurement. This attribute stores the UUID of the Variable document (if any) which is used to automatically label this item. This spatial unit must have as a property the variable and its assigned value from which to generate the automatic label. The sortType describes how the subitems of a spatial node would be sorted. SortType options would include: none (default), alphanumeric, numeric, custom, etc. Indicates, for presentation, how the subitems are to be formatted. Values include: tabbed, linear, index. This points to a docID of a variable whose name and associated value is used for naming this item. A docID here refers to a MapShape document. nestedVariableIndex nestedValueIndex nestedDocIdIndex nestedLinkIndex
